Why a Lottery? Scary Monster drops have been selling out in 2 minutes. I am trying a lottery for October as a way to give people a who have slower internet connections or are in other timezones to buy a Scary Monster.

Please keep lottery entries for Scary Monsters to one submission per Scary Monster per person… you can submit for as many Scary Monsters as you would like.

Winners will be drawn at the end of the lottery (Sunday 12 EST) and posted with first name / last initial on the website as soon as we can make it through the process. Winners will also be notified via email and be invoiced for the monster they won.

Thanks everyone for visiting, checking out my work and all the encouraging words you send my way… it truly keeps me going. We are trying this new way of selling to combat the adrenaline rush and sometimes disappointment of the drops. This version of a sale (lottery and auction) is an experiment for us and we (my husband Nat and I) are trying to manage all of this web maintenance, programming, invoicing and shipping ourselves. Will it work and be successful? We don't know, we’re just trying to figure it out as we go along… so please be patient with us and hopefully this little model will work and people who get monsters will be overjoyed and those who don’t can try for one next month.
