Robyn remembers when the news was something you watched for twenty minutes and then went about your day and she would like that back immediately. There was a time… a simpler, quieter, genuinely boring time… when normal was just the weather and maybe a local zoning dispute and Robyn did not know how good she had it. She knows now. She pines for it with a specificity that surprises her. The blood pressure situation is new and unwelcome and directly correlated to current events which she is trying to consume less of and failing. Robyn is not asking for perfect. She is asking for boring.

One of a kind scary monster sculpture made with cone 6 white stoneware clay. Scary monsters are made from slabs of clay that are pushed and manipulated into their monster shapes. They are all fired in a kiln for 3 firings (thats 3 trips into the abyss of 2000+ degrees) depending on the final finish.
