Gloria is an avid gardener and what she lacks in understanding she makes up for in pure exuberance. She plants first and reads the instructions later, if ever. Seeds meant for shade end up sunburned, vines strangle perfectly innocent shrubs, and more than once she’s dug something up simply because she felt it deserved “a better angle.” She is forever panting, hauling pots twice her size, rearranging beds that were perfectly fine yesterday. The yard is a revolving door of optimism and mild chaos. By late afternoon she’s streaked with dirt, surveying the mess like a general after battle. Nothing is quite where it started, and half of it may not survive. But Gloria collapses into the grass exhausted and grinning, already plotting tomorrow’s improvements.

One of a kind scary monster sculpture made with cone 6 white stoneware clay. Scary monsters are made from slabs of clay that are pushed and manipulated into their monster shapes. They are all fired in a kiln for 3 firings (thats 3 trips into the abyss of 2000+ degrees) depending on the final finish.
