Alfie had a theory and the theory was: somewhere else. Somewhere else would have the answers, the clarity, the version of himself that had it together. He packed accordingly and went looking. Prague. Lisbon. That one town he can’t quite spell. Beautiful, all of it, and Alfie was there for every bit of it … along with all of his problems, which had apparently bought the same ticket and never once checked a bag. It took more cities than he’d like to admit before the pattern became undeniable. The problems were not geographic. Alfie is now looking inward, which is a shorter trip but considerably more uncomfortable. Early days. He’s working on it.

One of a kind scary monster sculpture made with cone 6 white stoneware clay. Scary monsters are made from slabs of clay that are pushed and manipulated into their monster shapes. They are all fired in a kiln for 3 firings (thats 3 trips into the abyss of 2000+ degrees) depending on the final finish.
